What is INTEBEE?
A quick tour of the INTEBEE platform and the core concepts behind it.
INTEBEE is a web platform for interior design documentation. It replaces the spreadsheets, slide decks, and scattered folders that usually hold a project's specifications with one shared workspace where your team creates, reviews, and delivers professional documents.
What you can do with INTEBEE
- Spec sheets — build a specification document for every item in a project (furniture, lighting, finishes, fixtures) with dimensions, materials, images, pricing, and supplier details, then export them as polished PDFs.
- Floor plans — place your specified items directly onto floor plans so everyone can see what goes where.
- Products & sources — keep a team catalog of products, manufacturers, and suppliers that you can reuse across projects, plus a personal My Library for your own research.
- AI assistance — let AI fill in spec sheets from a product name or URL (AI Spec Make), generate interior renderings, and translate your content into other languages.
- Collaboration — invite team members with roles, share files, comment on spec sheets, and give clients or external partners read access to the latest documents.
